PRIVATE BETA

MyRacingPath is in private beta and not open to the public. These policies apply to you now: they are not drafts. We update them as the product changes, and we will tell you before any material change takes effect.

COMPLAINTS

Last updated: 20 August 2026

1. How to complain

  • Email support@myracingpath.com with the word “Complaint” in the subject line. That is the whole process: no form, no phone queue, no letter required. Anyone can use it, whether or not they hold an account, including a parent or guardian complaining on a driver's behalf.
  • Tell us what happened, when it happened, and what you would like us to do about it. If you have an account, include the email address it is registered under so we can find the right records.
  • This page is the complaints route for MY RACING PATH LTD, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17355031), whose registered office is 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ. A correspondence address is available on request via the same email.

2. What happens next

  • We acknowledge every complaint within 30 days of receiving it. In practice we aim to acknowledge within 2 working days; 30 days is the outer limit, not the target.
  • We respond to the complaint itself without undue delay. If it takes longer than a straightforward answer, we tell you what we are doing and when to expect the next update, rather than going quiet.
  • When we answer, we tell you what we found, what we are changing if something was wrong, and what your options are if you disagree with us.
  • A complaint never costs you anything, and complaining does not affect your account or your access to the service.

3. Complaints about your personal data

  • If your complaint is about how we handle your personal data, the same email route applies, and the same promises: acknowledgement within 30 days, a response without undue delay.
  • You also have the right to complain directly to the UK Information Commissioner's Office at any time, whether or not you complain to us first. You can do that at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint or by calling 0303 123 1113.
  • Our Privacy Policy explains what data we hold and the rights you can exercise over it.

4. If we cannot resolve it

  • Our Terms of Service set out where a dispute goes if we cannot sort it out between us, including your right to take a claim to court without a solicitor.
  • A safeguarding concern is not a complaint and should not wait in a complaints queue: report it through our Report page, which also carries helpline numbers.
